How do I pay the shipments

There are two ways to pay for your shipments

1.- Without registering

In this case, once the collection, delivery and content data have been filled in, the secure payment form that connects to Stripe with the double security factor system will appear.

Fill in your card details and if they are correct, the page will be redirect you to your bank to confirm payment of the amount.

You will have a maximum of 7 minutes to give consent.

After that time, the process will be cut and the order will be canceled and without effect.

2.- Registered

If you are a registered user, it means that you have a personalized agreement with us. In some cases, the agreement will be to make the payment on the 5th of each month.

This means that we will take care of passing you a receipt by your bank so that you do not have to worry about the payment in each shipment.

you just have to accept the terms and conditions and click on VAMOS.

At any time you can review the orders made for your control.

Personalized invoice request

If you need a custom invoice, you can ask us to send it to you before payment. Click on the corresponding box, fill in your information and we will send you the invoice by email.

In the “here your reference” field, you can write the data that best refers to your shipment. We will reflect it on the invoice.

How do I attach the international invoice?

Very important. Although we take care of delivering the invoices to the carrier, you have to deliver 4 copies to the carrier at the time of collection. Print them out and give them to them.
