Ship Quik +

To use Ship Quik +, you must register ‘PROFESSIONAL’ account.


You can manually enter your email and password, or use your Google or Microsoft account to register and validate the account.



Once registered, complete your professional profile.



Select the plan that best suits your needs.



Set up the payment method through your bank account (SEPA).

Carriers:

To optimize your shipments, we recommend that you keep active only the carriers and services that you are going to use. If you want to activate your own contracts, you can do so in the corresponding section.

Packaging:

For better control and efficiency, pre-configure your package sizes and weights.

Insurance:

You can automatically insure all your shipments or only those over a certain value. Favorite addresses: Save your favorite origin or destination addresses in this section to speed up the shipping process.

Note: To connect stores, marketplaces or contracts, it is necessary to subscribe to one of our payment plans.

Download the template from the shipping panel. Fill out the template with your details and then import your shipments into Ship Quik Plus. After importing, check for errors and proceed to process shipments.

What are the technical requirements to integrate stores, marketplaces or contracts with Ship Quik Plus?

You only need to obtain the API keys of the corresponding platforms. Detailed instructions can be found in the corresponding sections of the platform.

What insurance options are available and how is the cost determined?

All shipments are covered by standard insurance at €3/kg. In addition, we offer the option of contracting additional insurance that covers merchandise up to €2,000 in the case of high-value shipments.

How are problems or errors handled during shipping data import?

If an error occurs when importing data from Excel, the system will detect the problem and notify you of the references that were not imported correctly so that you can correct and reimport the data appropriately.

Do you offer shipment tracking services for customers?

Yes, when you ship, an email with the tracking number is automatically sent to both the sender and the recipient. Additionally, you will receive notifications about changes in shipping status.

Is there a limit to the size or weight of packages that can be sent via Ship Quik Plus?

Each carrier has its own size and weight limits, which vary by destination and service. You can check this information in the shipping control panel.
